George Buiglishvili
Managing Partner
Valuation, market research & investment strategy
George brings more than 15 years of experience in valuation, business development, market research and financial analysis. His expertise connects asset values with commercial opportunities, informed by work across real estate advisory, banking and regulatory organizations.

His roles include Governance Support Manager at ARGOS – Advisory and Auditing in Malta and Italy; Business Development Manager and Head of the Valuation Department at Cushman & Wakefield Georgia; Senior Analyst at Basis Bank; and Senior Analyst for Market Analysis and Strategy Development at the Georgian National Communications Commission. He also served as a Valuer at Colliers International Georgia, Head of Research and Valuation at Progress Bank, Project Manager at REbrokers, and Senior Analyst at Bank Republic, Société Générale Group.
Qualifications & education
George holds a master’s degree in Ecological Economics from GUP (2015–2017) and a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from TSU (2006–2012). He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). His training includes valuation principles, methods and report writing at Allied Real Estate Schools; R and advanced Python through DataCamp; and wireless access technologies through the ITU.

His project experience includes IBIS, Mercure, Sheraton Palace, Swissôtel, Gino Wellness and Hotels, Ramada, Paragraph Hotel, Holiday Inn and Radisson Blu; Gino Water Park, Domus Development, Vake Plaza, Merani Plaza, Pirosmani Business Center and Axis Towers; Rustavi Azot, Heidelberg Cement Factory, City Mall and Black Sea Arena; Paravani HPP, Basra HPP, Gardabani Thermal Plant, McDonald’s, KTW vineyards, Basisbank Head Office and Kvareli Baga. He also worked on Bank of Georgia’s mass valuation project and developed a post-liability asset valuation methodology and staff training for the National Bureau of Enforcement.

Giorgi brings more than 10 years of experience in audit, assurance and consulting across financial services, industry, energy and real estate. As Managing and Quality Control Partner, he combines engagement experience with a firm-wide focus on quality, ethics and risk management.

Professional experience
From 2012 to February 2022, Giorgi worked at Deloitte & Touche, reaching the position of Senior Manager. He led initiatives to improve engagement efficiency and quality, served as a special reviewer for engagement partners across countries, and participated in practice reviews at the UK headquarters and in former CIS countries. Earlier roles included Financial Director at a distribution company and Internal Auditor at TBC Bank.

Giorgi is a qualified member of ACCA and the Georgian Federation of Accountants and Auditors. He is a certified public sector accountant at the State Audit Office and a certified auditor registered with the Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision Service. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Caucasus School of Business at Caucasus University.

Tamar is a qualified member of the Georgian Federation of Accountants and Auditors, a certified public sector accountant at the State Audit Office, and a certified auditor registered with the Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision Service. She has held a real estate appraiser certification since 2017 and completed the full ACCA course between 2009 and 2014. She graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a degree in Accounting, Control and Audit.

From 2004 to 2007, he headed Internal Audit at Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation and the Finance Department at Georgian International Oil Company – UN Development Project. From 1996 to 2004, he held leadership positions within the Ministry of Finance’s Tax Department.

Vladimer is a qualified member of the Georgian Federation of Accountants and Auditors, a certified public sector accountant at the State Audit Office, and a certified auditor registered with the Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision Service.
